Her Statewide Team provides Electronic Evidence Solutions as well as Document Hosting, and other related Document Management Solutions. Gina has more than 12 years experience in the solutions marketplace. Gina Valentino is pursuing her MBA in Business Solutions and holds an undergraduate degree from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg Florida. Gina has been a resident of Florida for more than ten years and is Native to Vermont.
Jud Parker - Managing Partner
Digital Legal Tampa, LLC
His local group provides electronic evidence consulting and processing, as well as data management, document hosting, and other related litigation support services. Jud previously served as Southeast Regional Manager for IPRO Tech where he was responsible for business development with service providers and law firms. He has over 15 years of experience in the legal services sector. Jud is a Tampa native and holds an undergraduate degree in English from Washington and Lee University.
Nick Carter – Director of Operations and Client Services

Nick also a Tampa native and a veteran of the litigation support industry spent eight years as the Director of Operations for Best Evidence where he created the company’s document imaging and coding services department and helped develop the trial support and jury research departments. He has extensive experience with software and hardware technologies, database and web based software development, project management, and electronic discovery.
Matthew Shannon, CIFI, CISSP, MCSE, MCDBA
Agile Risk Management LLC, Private Investigative Agency
Matthew is an expert in information security and computer forensics. He recently instructed the United States Secret Service on digital forensics techniques and was a well received speaker at the DEFCON 11 annual Information Security conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Shannon has satisfied numerous court orders for evidence collection, preservation & analysis, and has provided expert witness services. He is fluent with numerous forensics tools including the widely known EnCase and FTK applications.

Parking is in the back (east side) of the building. Park in any available space; have everyone place their business card on their dash.
