If you attended Part I then you got an earful about the continuing problems with managing email and other Web 2.0 records, you also were given some steps to follow to help you in developing policy and other solutions.

 

Come join us for a Part II focusing on case studies of real life companies that are managing their email. Our speakers will be Earl Rich, CRM and John Primrose.

Driving Directions:

From the north: Exit I-275 at 22nd Av So (exit 19); go west to Hwy 19 (34th St) (about a block) and south to SPC on the left, 10 blocks. From the south: Exit I-275 at 26th Av So. (exit 18); go west to Hwy 19 (34th St) (about a block) and south to SPC on the left, 6 blocks.

 

Parking is in the back (east side) of the building. Park in any available space; have everyone place their business card on their dash.

 

Enter the building through the main doors from the parking lot. Room 103 will be down the diagonal corridor to your right, on the right.
